Never underplay your power to passionately object to things around you that hurt and bother you. Never water down your ability to say no without explaining anything to anyone. People seem to never take a hint unless you explain and carefully back up your point but you neend’t be afraid to own your perspective without explaining. You are not put on trial when you’re expressing an opinion. You shouldn’t be forced to analyze an opinion or a feeling. Sometimes it starts from your innermost gut and it should start precisely from there. Sometimes there’s nothing to explain, and there’s not a particular reason why you’ll be opposing to certain things in your life. Let them remain curious and own up to your full right of abstaining without providing any kind of explanation whatsoever. There’s strength in that and it’s a self-sustaining kind of strength.
